|Belgium||Order by 3pm CET Monday to Thursday to receive your order the next day. Orders placed before 3pm CET Friday will be delivered on the following Monday and any orders after 3pm CET will be delivered Tuesday. (Post code and public holiday restrictions apply).||£14.99|
|Switzerland||Orders to Switzerland will take up to 3 working days if placed before 3pm CET Monday to Thursday. Any orders placed after this time will take up to 3 working days (Post code and public holiday restrictions apply).||£27.99|
If you're missing part of your order, it's possible it could have been sent in more than one parcel. If this is the case, you will have received one dispatch email per parcel. This is likely to be the case if your order is quite large.
Please also check the invoice inside your parcel bag. This will detail which items should be in the parcel.
If you have only been sent one dispatch email and haven’t received all of your items please contact us ASAP.
Any customs charges are applied at the discretion of the carrier and local laws and all customs charges will be payable by the customer and will not be covered by PrettyLittleThing. For more accurate information, we’d suggest getting in touch with your local customs office so you’re not surprised if there are any unexpected delivery charges at your end.

Offer must be purchased by selecting option at checkout. PrettyLittleThing *Unlimited Next Day is only available for delivery to UK addresses (excluding Northern Ireland) and entitles the customer to free Next Day Delivery only. Postcode restrictions apply, see below. Orders must be placed before 21:00 Monday-Sunday to guarantee Next Day delivery. There is no limit on how many times you order. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the use of PrettyLittleThing *Unlimited Next Day in accordance with the terms and conditions. Any breach will result in the termination of your membership and no refund will be given. - Make sure you are logged in to your Royalty account
- Check your royalty hasn't expired - You can check this by going to “My Account > My Info” Under PrettyLittleThing PLT Royalty Delivery you will have a status and subscription dates.
- Checkout with PayPal Express will not show your Royalty shipping, you need to log in the normal way for this to work.
- Check which site you are browsing on, if you bought Royalty for UK it will only work on the UK site.
- If your Royalty delivery has previously been refunded, it will no longer work and will need to be repurchased.
